Follow this guide ONLY if you have been instructed by someone in Customer Support to share your Desktop.
- Click here to get started.
- At the Security Warning (see image below), click on Install:

- You must install an ActiveX control to proceed with the installation. To install the ActiveX, right-click on the information bar near the top of your screen (see image below) and click on Install ActiveX Control...

- Once you see the image below, click on I can see the image.

- Scroll down to the bottom, and click on INSTALL SOFTWARE:

- Select I accept the agreement and click on Next:

- In the Choose a name and password window, fill in the follow info:
a. Host PC name: OL-YourName , example: OL-JoeSmith
b. Host PC password: type in an easy password that you'll convey to the support person
c. Confirm password:
same as the Host PC password

- In the Choose a folder window, click on Next
- Please wait while it installs the software. This will take about 60 seconds. Click on Finish.
- Contact our Support Representative and tell them your Host PC name and password. They will need this to connect to your desktop.
- After your remote support session is complete, you can uninstall this software by going to your Windows Control Panel, click on "Add or Remove Programs", select "eBLVD Remote ..." and click on "Change/Remove" and follow the prompts.
