Think you might have a virus or spyware on your PC?
NOTE: The software listed below is third-party software and is not supported by Exchange Support.
For a free virus scan use the Trend Micro online virus scanner:
- Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp.
- If you get a security warning, click Yes.
- In the list of drives, check off all your hard drives, starting with the C: drive.
- Check "Auto Clean" on the right side
- Click SCAN.
- If any viruses are found, make a note of them.
- Reboot your PC.
- Run this scan again to ensure that all viruses have been removed.
