Once your handheld has been initially provisioned or re-provisioned you will need to populate your sub-folders using the fetchcommand. To do this.
- Go to the Good Mobile Messaging Home Screen:
- Type the word 'debug' (without the quotes). You will not be able to see the characters as you're typing, however, after typing the word, a command line prompt will appear. At the prompt, type: 'fetch 1000 inbox:*' (without the quotes) and click Enter.
This will pull 1000 messages from all sub-folders located under your Inbox on the Exchange server and place pointers to them on the device. If you have more than 1000 messages in a folder, simply repeat the steps.
Note: Good Mobile Messaging does not support .pst files; only folders under your Inbox can be synched.
